Products that are shipped wrong by us will be returned free of charge, and replacement product will be sent out immediately upon it’s return. If you need the product before we receive wrong items, then you will be charged for second shipment and credited as soon as product is received and verified. There is no exceptions to this. Due to internet and mail fraud we have to adhere to this.
Defective products are mostly handled by the manufacturer of the product. Please keep all receipts and packaging in case warranty service is required. There are some items that we will handle the warranty on, in cases of defect. Please reach out to us on a case by case basis. We will assist you in finding a solution.
Most items are returnable within 30 days of the delivery date. However, electronic items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
No returns will be accepted on items that are used or that are no longer in their orginal packaging.
