Products that are shipped wrong by us will be returned free of charge, and replacement product will be sent out immediately upon it’s return. If you need the product before we receive wrong items, then you will be charged for second shipment and credited as soon as product is received and verified. There is no exceptions to this. Due to internet and mail fraud we have to adhere to this.
Defective products are mostly handled by the manufacturer of the product. Please keep all receipts and packaging in case warranty service is required. There are some products that we do handle the warranty on defectives for, so you will have to ask. We will help find a solution.
